After two years of operations we know for sure that jPALIO technology can be successfully used in primary, specialized and chronic care systems.

Service ekolejkowanie.pl was co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Programme for Mazowsze 2007-2013.

Today the site ekolejkowanie.pl is used by 60 clinics grouped in four Warsaw districts:

  • Warsaw-Mokotów
  • Warsaw Ochota
  • Warsaw-Wola-Downtown
  • Warsaw-Zoliborz


The main functions of the service:

  • patient registration
  • separate records of patients to GPs
  • reviewing and arranging medical appointments
  • completed registration visits and medical services
  • settlement services with the National Health Fund
  • documents workflow
